Dolce far niente is an Italian phrase meaning "the sweetness of doing nothing."

The inscription appears on the heads side of this penny in a hand-drawn script inspired by the café signs of the Amalfi Coast, where I acquired my first wax seal.

On the reverse is a classical urn overflowing with lemons and olive branches.
