At the beginning of every year, I write a letter from my future self dated at the end of the year. In it, I recount the journey I have just lived. What I built. What surprised me. What softened me. What dreams came true, often in ways I could not have planned.

I have written my life into being this way. Into artistry. Into entrepreneurship. Into motherhood. Into a feeling of deep abundance and trust.

This year, I am teaching this practice live in a 90-minute guided workshop.

We will begin with a deep, immersive meditation designed to help you step beyond the present moment and into the perspective of your future self. From there, I will hold protected, spacious time for your writing so you are not watching a workshop and promising yourself you will write later. You will write the letter during our time together.

We will close with a ceremonial letter sealing and guidance for how to return to this letter throughout the year, using it as a touchstone to amplify the power of your words, your intentions, and your inner knowing.

I believe spelling is not only how we arrange letters on a page. It is also the spells our words cast when they are written with attention, emotion, and love.
